Terms and Conditions

Definitions

In these terms and conditions "the seller" or "the company" means Bellitas Limited and the "buyer" means the purchaser of the goods from the seller under these terms and conditions.

Prices

Prices are current and correct but are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT, delivery charges or import/export duties, if applicable.

Payments

Payment is due to the company in full prior to the dispatch of goods unless a credit arrangement is agreed beforehand.

Over Due Accounts

Where there is an account in place after 40 days a surcharge of 5% will be charged on the gross amount overdue levied on a daily basis.

No Minimum Order

For the UK (except Northern Ireland) we will accept any order regardless of size. Normal carriage charges will prevail.

Claims

Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the Company is advised within seven days of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The Company must be informed in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice in the case of loss. The company will not entertain claims made outside of these stated time limits.

Returned Goods

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions.

1. A returns authorisation request must be made to Bellitas Limited within seven days of receipt of goods.
2. Returned goods should be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Goods returned damaged will not entitle the Buyer to a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
4. Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection please obtain a receipt from the carrier as the Company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
5. Goods which are given free or as part of an offer is not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.

Delivery

1. UK deliveries 1-3 days
2. Ireland 3-4 days delivery
3. Scottish Highlands and Islands 3-4 days

The times quoted are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate prompt delivery, all despatches will be made direct to the point of ordering. Bellitas Limited cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside their control causing late delivery. Neither Bellitas Limited nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.

Delivery Charges

All orders attract a carriage charge of £6.95 for order values under £100 net of VAT. Orders with a value of over £100 net of VAT will be sent carriage free for the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and £500 net of VAT for Ireland (including Northern Ireland).

All carriage charges are excluding VAT.

Export

We welcome orders for anywhere in the world. Export is for Trade Customers only who require a valid VAT/EORI number prior to order processing. Carriage charges will vary on destination and weight of the consignment. Price will be provided on application.

Cancellation

Prior to despatch, cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms:

1. A 5% handling charge on standard terms.
2. Items brought in specifically for your order must be paid for in full.

Cancellation cannot be accepted after despatch.

Alterations

Any modification to orders must be confirmed in writing by the Buyer and agreed in writing by the Company.

Guarantees

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer’s warranty. All glass items are excluded from this guarantee.

General

Strictly Professional and Nature’s Way products are design and developed for professionals. They are sold on the understanding they are to be used by fully qualified therapists or those undertaking training under qualified supervision.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for the intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by Bellitas Limited for trained or untrained persons misusing product or equipment supplied by us.

All offers on this site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to restrict or refused any order or application of credit at any time.

In exceptional circumstances, if any item is unavailable we may send a carefully selected substitute. We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions in good faith, however, although given in good faith are subject to change without prior notice by the Seller.

Retention of Title Clause

The risk in all goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery but title in the goods remain vested in Bellitas Limited and shall only pass from Seller to the Buyer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account grounds) to Bellitas Limited.

The Buyer agrees that prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, Bellitas Limited, or appointed agents may enter the Buyer’s remises to collect such goods that the Seller request. Prior to such payment, the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose, and return of the goods to the Seller should the Seller request.
